Iconic 40/4 stacking chairs designed by David Rowland in 1956. Known for its clean lines, excellent ergonomics, and unsurpassed ability to create space without taking up space.
Still manufactured by Howe today (at US$600+/piece) this chair features a metal frame with American Cherry veneer seat and back.
Good vintage condition with normal, age-related wear. Note chip to veneer at lower rear backrest.

This vintage Steelcase 451-222 office chair was inspired by Charles Pollock’s designs for Knoll International and is the more elusive, harder to come by, highback variant of the iconic design. Upholstered in a black, button tufted, textured hopsack fabric it features a swivel chrome base with four rolling casters.
Good vintage condition with normal, age-appropriate wear. Fabric is intact (no holes or tears) but does require a good cleaning.

Charles and Ray Eames designed the molded fiberglass shell chair in 1950. This fourth generation (1959-1962) Dining (D) Armchair (A) X Base (X) sits on a zinc base with an Elephant Grey coloured fiberglass shell with a beautiful patina.
Authentic in every way it features the Herman Miller patent label on underside along with the rare, double triangle GATC (Plastics Division of the General American Transportation Corporation) logo, one of the first three makers of Eames shells.
Good, vintage condition with normal signs of wear consistent with age and use.

This vintage folding valet chair was made in Italy, circa 1960s in a solid walnut with natural cord seating. In all-original condition, the design incorporates a seat with a coat hanger and accessorizes tray along with pull out tie rods.
An ingenious folding mechanism allows the chair to be folded flat and stored away to take up a minimal amount of space when not in use.
