We’re collectors!  We love the thrill of the hunt; uncovering great, one-of-a-kind finds and discovering rare pieces to perfectly complete our space; creating that perfect vignette or meticulously curating our living spaces with beautifully designed pieces.  This site was borne out of our love of MCM furniture and we know that there are many of you out there who are just like us.

What’s old is new again.  And the enduring look of Mid Century Modern continues to rise in popularity. The warmth of hardwoods, whether teak, walnut or rosewood and the simplicity of clean, unostentatious lines are what lends longevity and mass appeal to MCM furniture.  

We love researching and learning about these fantastic designs and the learning is an ongoing process as we continue to discover unique pieces.

Pieces of this vintage are hardly ever pristine or perfect.  They oftentimes come to us with flaws. We don’t completely restore each piece because we believe in maintaining each individual pieces’ rich sense of history.  We believe that the patina, that worn-in and well-loved look of an item is what gives it infinitely more character and ultimately makes it more desirable than today’s mass produced furniture.  

We always endeavor to describe each item with as much detail as possible, calling out any faults or imperfections that may be inherent in each piece.  We’re a small operation and this site is an avocation. As such, all of our sales are FINAL so we encourage you to make an appointment to come by and thoroughly examine any items of interest for yourself to ensure that you can live with some imperfections and that it is truly right for your specific needs.
